There is a bug for The Forgotten Challenge Pass Package, which may happen if you purchased multiple packages.
When your character received 1 package and you log out or switch character and log back in, you won’t be able to receive the rest of your package.
Then, when you try to receive the packages, the packages will disappear.
But don’t worry, you can contact our support and we can send you your lost packages based on your purchase history.
